I am Samia Islam. I am a PhD student in the Bhattacharya Lab at Michigan State University under the supervision of Dr. Sudin Bhattacharya. My research field is focused on Dynamical Systems in Single-Cell Genomics. Currently, I am trying to come up with an algorithm to derive single-cell dynamical models.
I completed my BSc in 2023 in Computer Science and Engineering from Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Bangladesh. My undergraduate research thesis was on Multiple Object Tracking under the supervision of Dr. Hasanul Kabir and Md. Bakhtiar Hasan.
